Day 1: Moshi /Arusha to Kikuletwa Hotspring
Your day starts at 8:00 AM with a hotel pickup from Arusha or Moshi. Enjoy a relaxed drive through rural villages and open countryside as you head toward Chemka Hot Springs, with possible views of Mount Kilimanjaro along the way.
You’ll reach the springs at approximately 10:00 AM. Take a moment to settle in and enjoy the serene surroundings. Swim in the naturally warm, crystal-clear water, relax beneath the shade of fig trees, or have fun using the rope swing. Small fish in the spring create a gentle, natural foot-spa sensation
Around 12:30 PM, a freshly prepared lunch will be served at the picnic area near the springs. Typical meals include local dishes such as grilled chicken, rice, and chips, as well as vegetarian alternatives. After eating, unwind with a cold drink, rest in a hammock, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this hidden oasis
The afternoon is yours to enjoy at a relaxed pace. You may continue swimming, float in the clear water, or take a short walk around the forested area. At around 2:30 PM, you’ll depart for the return journey, arriving back at your accommodation between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
