Booking your trip is easy:

Step 1: Send Your Inquiry

Contact us through our website, email, or WhatsApp with your preferred travel dates, number of travelers, and the tour or climb you’re interested in.

Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Itinerary

Our travel specialists will prepare a detailed itinerary, quotation, and answer any questions you may have before confirming your trip.

Step 3: Confirm Your Booking

Once you’re happy with the itinerary, we’ll send you an invoice along with payment instructions. Your booking will be confirmed after we receive the required deposit.

Step 4: Prepare for Your Adventure

After confirmation, you’ll receive your booking confirmation, travel information, packing list, and everything you need to prepare for your journey.

Payment Information

To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before your tour or climb begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer

International and local bank transfers are accepted. Complete banking details will be provided on your invoice after your booking request has been confirmed.

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, where card payment facilities are available. Additional processing fees may apply depending on the payment provider.

Cash Payment

Cash payments in US Dollars (USD) may be accepted upon arrival by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use this payment option.

Accepted Currency

Our standard pricing is quoted in US Dollars (USD).

If you would like to pay in another currency, please contact us before making payment so we can advise on the available options and applicable exchange rates.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been received and verified, we will send you:

• An official payment confirmation

• A booking confirmation

• Your travel itinerary

• A pre-departure information guide

• A Kilimanjaro packing list (for climbing trips)

• Additional travel information relevant to your tour

Booking Changes

If you need to change your travel dates or itinerary, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable costs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Terms & Conditions and may depend on the cancellation date, park regulations, hotel policies, and other supplier conditions.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings.
